Situated on the ground floor, our Queen and King Single rooms consist of a queen bed and a king single bed. With a 50“ TV, the kitchenette comes with a toaster, kettle, microwave, rice cooker, sandwich maker, hotplate, electric frypan and tea and coffee facilities.

Family Rooms

Family rooms have 2 bedrooms with an interlocking door in between, two bathrooms, two split system air-conditioners, x2 50” TV's, and a fully equipped kitchenette in one room.

Club Room (Sleeps 16)

This unique 5 Bedroom Apartment features 2 queen rooms, 3 bedrooms with 2 sets of bunk beds and 4 bathrooms. The expansive lounge room features a 75” TV, a large kitchen with full stove and oven, a dishwasher and a dining area plus island breakfast bar. Perfect for large groups or sporting event accommodation.

Best motel we have stayed in..

The room was spotless with great facilities in the kitchen. Everything you would need to make your own meals. The owners and staff were very helpful and friendly. We would highly recommend staying at AZA Motel, Lismore as it is very close to all eateries, shops and hotels.

Clean and central.

Great location, right in the middle of town. Clean, tidy rooms and great pool. Secure at night via electric roller door. Was great to walk out the door to grab a meal within minutes. Great selection of restaurants close by.

After last year's floods, we didn't know what to expect, but we're pleased to see that most of Lismore has bounced back well. So, considering two floors were underwater, this motel was exceptionally well presented. Everything was brand new and very tastefully decorated, so anytime you need to stay in Lismore, I recommend it here because the main street is just metres away. Pubs and eating areas are just a short walk away, and the coffee shop out the front is exceptional.

Good, clean and central.

Check in was a breeze, the hosts were extremely friendly, room very clean which is number one priority for me. Centrally located so easy walk to pubs, cafes etc for a bite to eat. Security was great once your parked the only way out is through the large remote controlled roller door. Room was comfortable and decent size would stay again.
